Our Fort Myers office handles US-based clients and EST-timezone engagements. Canadian and international clients are served through Marketing Media’s Quebec offices. Language is no barrier — the team is fully bilingual in English and French.
For project-based work, our typical minimum engagement is around $5,000. For ongoing support retainers, plans start at 5 hours per month. We don’t have a strict revenue floor — fit and project clarity matter more than size. If your project is too small for us to take on properly, we’ll tell you honestly rather than underscope it.
Typical lead time from signed proposal to project start is 1–2 weeks, depending on current capacity. Emergency and critical work for active clients is handled immediately under the support SLA. If you have a hard deadline, tell us in your message and we’ll assess feasibility before proposing a scope.
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house developers and other agencies on PrestaShop projects. We can take a defined workstream, handle specific expertise gaps (complex module development, infrastructure, CRO), or provide technical oversight for a team that needs PrestaShop-specific guidance. Collaboration model is flexible and agreed during scoping.

Projects are fixed-price by default — scope and price agreed before any work begins. Ongoing support retainers are monthly and hour-based. Time-and-materials is available for exploratory or R&D-type work where scope genuinely can’t be defined upfront, but it’s the exception rather than the rule. We’ll recommend the right model during scoping.
